  • How long do pastries keep?
Pastries are best eaten the same day they are baked, but are still enjoyable 1-2 days later. Store them covered at room temperature out of direct sunlight. For best results, re-heat in the oven for 2-3 minutes at 365° F. Refrigerated pastries will last about a week. Wrap them individually in plastic. When ready to eat, reheat in the oven for ~5 minutes at 365° F. Frozen pastries will last 1 - 2 months. Place your pastries on a baking sheet in the freezer for 3 hours. Then, wrap them individually in plastic and transfer to an air-tight freezer bag. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, reheat in the oven for 10 minutes at 365° F.
  • What about food allergies?
Our products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish. Although we make every effort to avoid cross contact, we cannot guarantee our products are 100% allergen-free. Please contact us for a complete ingredient list.
  • Are you planning to expand?
Yes! Our goal is to become Downtown Superior's bakery / café. But it will take some time to get there.
  • Do you offer gluten-free or vegan?
    We do not.
  • Are you still taking online orders?
Not at this time. Running a bakery solo is no easy task! Right now it is just too much for one person to coordinate. I am open to considering larger special orders for other days of the week. Please contact me and I will do my best to help.
  • Do you serve coffee?
I wish! Unfortunately brewed coffee is not permitted under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act.
